OMAR FAHOUM

Co-Founder & Chairman

A Professional Services Executive, with 30 years of experience as a partner at Deloitte & Touche and the last 20 years as CEO of the firm, spanning the Middle East. Omar is renowned for his leadership, operational skills and ability to grow & develop professional services businesses. Previously, Omar was a member of the Global Board for Deloitte & Touche and notably, the leader of the firm’s Eastern Province business in Saudi Arabia. He holds a BA in Business Administration (Major Accounting) from University of Texas at Austin and a CPA certification.

TAHIR NASEEM

Co-Founder & CEO

A U.S. qualified lawyer and professional services executive. Over 25+ years of experience in the Middle East / GCC region. Credited with conceptualizing and executing landmark initiatives / businesses, especially in relation to the Saudi Arabian market and Vision 2030. Track record of acting as a trusted advisor to regional corporations, financial institutions and family offices – offering innovative ideas and flexible solutions to complex problems.

NAUMAN AHMED

Co-Founder & Vice Chairman

UK Chartered Accountant with significant experience of running highly profitable and well controlled businesses. Majority of the experience has been at the level of senior partner at Deloitte & Touche Middle East from 1992 - 2025. Nauman served as CEO of Tax & Legal business with significant experience in counselling and acting as a trusted advisor to large and medium sized family businesses, as well as financial institutions.
